They released a remix, which would be misleading/confusing if they later released the album track as an official single. Tbh I think they're still deciding on the next single. Maybe Babylon is a contender, and they're still deciding on the HL version or the album version. If the next single isn't performed at the VMA's alongside ROM, I really don't think they've decided. Probably their decision of the third single is down to two options, and she'll purposefully include them both in her VMAs medley. After that, all of the songs performed will receive incredible boost in streams so out of said options, the one with the most streams will be chosen as the third single?
