Whole FAME Video stolen

The whole video has never been played entirely on TV, and would never be, censored or uncensored. I can't see why that scene didn't make the final cut, tbh.

I know the whole ad hasn't been played on T.V. It is far too long, it would be extremely expensive to run the whole ad on T.V.

That's why I personally thought it would be an awesome idea if she had done the scheisse MV and have it play on MTV :hor:

They cut it from the ad because it is a shooting scene, there are people dying. I don't particularly find it offensive, but it would have caused outrage and upset a lot of people.

Especially parents. There is simply no need to cause that sort of negative attention.

... hyping a BTW song in the middle of her ARTPOP transition? A song that is not even commercialized as a single? Come on... don't mix everything up: the perfume ad is one thing, her music is another. Monsters tend to forget she didn't make that commercial to promote Scheisse...

AND: I would also have loved to get a Scheisse music video, just like everyone of us... but at this point, this is just plain fantasy to expect one, so, let's just... move on, Ok? :P

was that the only uncensored part they are talking about?

i wanted to see boobsss. :hor:

i don't think that was too offensive, but if it was around the Aurora(sp?) shootings then i could understand.

i still love the video :) i just wish there was some sort of build up in it.

It's offensive to some who have been victims of mass shootings or even a shooting in general, but yet movies do it all the time and that is what the fame commercial was intended to be, a longer video. Obviously smart they left this out of the actual commercial though. I think it's fine but if she kept that in the shorter commercial it would backlash.

Yeah that is true, promoting another single when her new album drops in another year would completely **** up the transition between Born This Way and ARTPOP.

I don't know if you realise, but she is currently on a worldwide tour called The Born This Way Ball :usrs:

And I am aware that Scheisse isn't in the perfume ad :smh:

I never thought she would actually send it to MTV to be played, I just thought it would have been an excellent marketing strategy to hype the perfume with a new single while hyping the single with the perfume ad. It would have been a combination of everything she claims to be. Music, Fashion, Pop Culture ,Fame.

It was an idea that I thought would be cool, nothing more.

Anyway we are getting off topic :nails:

She didn't use the scene because she can't play the ad with a shooting scene and people dying. Too much controversy.

La Rosalia

It doesn't change that it wasn't as Gaga made it sound back when she tweeted in March & the way that she hyped it up. The trailers had more Scheisse than the video did

This. She mentioned/hyped it as if we were going to have a MV for that song or at least a good portion of it

That is true, but movies have rating systems and age restrictions.

Like you said, they obviously couldn't put it in the shorter commercials for a T.V spot. I don't think they could even put it on Youtube, even with the "age restricted" videos they have their limits, that is also why you don't see nudity on Youtube. Anybody can make an account and claim they are 18.

it was 20 seconds of bright flashes and gun shooting into the mirror that then killed the dancers. you didn't miss too much, but it would have been cool to leave in. Maybe it would've pulled in a story line.

Bloody hooker

Why didn't I check here an hour ago.

This mutual gaze was a “longing to touch” or a "pre-coitus" stare.
