If you look at England, for example, there's the Queen (who has a husband) but it's not like someone was like, "well, she's the QUEEN - we also need a KING!!" No. The Queen's husband is the King. So in music, you have one reigning King OR Queen at a time. 1. Elvis 2. Michael Jackson (Lisa Marie Presley was the only Queen of Pop from that entire Generation) 3. Lady Gaga I know this won't be popular, but I'm only stating how monarchy's work.
