I wouldn’t be surprised if this were the Blinks and not Interscope... kpop fans do extra stuff like this for their favs. Its a really cute idea and if its done by interecope, it means they have big plans for this song.

Maybe if we did it like them then Interscope would promote Gaga's music.

While this is true this happens mostly in South Korea 

so it’s most likely a label promo
