That's the best step to then get rid of the conservatorship altogether. Well what I hope for. Jamie is too corrupted and evil. If she cannot do that, maybe she's locked up in this thing for another 10 year if not for life, that's really sad I think Id escape the country change my identity, the problem is that she has kids and can't abandon them. So she's locked up in a cage. Wouldn't trade my life for hers

No she didn't this is the first step, it'll be easier to end it once Jamie is out of the picture completely - it's clever to do it this way round. As if she requested to terminate it, it'd be MUCH more difficult with Jamie involved due to him aggressively contesting him being removed.
