alsemanche 92,835 Posted August 19, 2020 Share Posted August 19, 2020 Rumors have been around for a while that Björk is in the talks for a role in Robbert Eggers (director of The Witch and The Lighthouse), and it has been now confirmed after the actor Eric Higgins (@speedhealth.online) posted a video on his Instagram stories (now expired) from which the screenshot below is taken. The movie is titled The Northman and its release date remains unknown. The role played by Björk is "The Slav Witch". The project is also co-written with the Icelandic poet, novelist, and lyricist Sjón, who has collaborated with Björk on many of her songs.
