The song is actually beautiful and she looks gorgeous but I fee like something is off... the production could be better and also her voice, I know she can sing, but for some reason I feel like she sounda kinda tight and like she’s singing in the back of her throat... idk how to explain it, I’m not a musican or a vocalist so maybe I’m talking nonsense but something bothers me about her delivery which is a pitty because I actually like the song and melody.

It's almost a great song, but I think the main problem is the tempo is too fast and Melody's vocals don't get any room to breathe or expand. It's like she is trying to rush the runs and keep up with the beat.  When she really lets loose with a powerful belt, it's like she has to cut it short too soon. Were they trying to keep it short n tight for the streamie algorithms?

The songwriting and production reminds me of Amy Winehouse though, which is the best part of this little torch song. I wonder if she is working with any of Amy's producers?

If her album has more retro-sounding vocal serves like this, I'll be giving it a listen for sure!
