Facebook is a bigger platform than Youtube

also YouTube doesn’t really target audiences that might still be interested in Katy Perry so I honestly believe she could have 43M views (not all legit but not like all 900 million shallow views will be 100% clean)

The album will totally go #1. The song..? I don't think so. It's not a good song. Hopefully she gets that #1 with another song if it'll deserve it, but not with Smile.

They won't count for this current week (unless they happened in this week but the accumulated streams since 2019 won't inflate the album). They should count for cerfications though, just not for a higher chart debut.

But more OT, I see this question is asked about the song rather than the album and there is not way the song will debut in the top 5.

Different country, obviously but I remember when All About That Bass debuted on the UK charts before its official UK release date based on streams alone. This was when international release dates were a thing, but the point stands. It was #75 in its first week, #33 in its second week, with 1.18 million streams, 90% of which were from Spotify. That was also back when I think streams got you higher up the charts than they do now. Just to give comparison as to what official streaming sites can do for your chart position, so what use can be FB be?

I'm still confused as to where a top 5 debut idea is coming from. If FB could give you a debut that high, literally every artist would do it. We'll have to wait around to see this verdict because its interesting at the very least.
