The mission was to bring 1.5 tons of aid materials to Beirut, 1/3 of which consists of medical equipment and medicines. He literally sounded like a white savor who has no problem enforcing another mandate on us (even though he laughed when asked about it). He quite literally said he will come back on Sept 1st to make sure that what he said is being applied and that he'll make sure the political system changes.
