He could easily mention the latinos that are turning Texas purple and the ones in South Florida doing their best to keep it red and not even bring another group into it

I believe he was referring to the fact that AA voters typically vote in a block. That has given them power in shaping the Democratic platform, in local elections and in the House. (on the Democratic side) LA voters split their vote between Republicans and Democrats. 

He could have stated that fact in a better way...or preferably not brought it up at all. Unlike Trump, he apologizes when he has offended others. Biden is not a sociopath and racist like Trump.

Here is the difference between Biden and Trump- Trump can and has said things that are ten times worse then this, and his supporters will ALWAYS forgive him. The democrats are so sensitive that they will literally use this as an excuse to not vote for Biden and Trump will win in November. 
 

at this point the only reason democrats are voting for Biden, is to get Trump out of the White House. Everything will be done to smear Biden, every little misswording will be used, and the sensitive, cancel culture-esque Democrats will screw everything up and get Trump re-elected. 
 

I wish the democrats had a better candidate. But we don’t. Now we either jump on the Biden train, or we lose to Trump. That’s the reality.
