I have no idea what's going on behind the scenes at her show, but of course she's going to treat most of her celebrity guests fairly well (though we've seen her be shady in some of her interviews, like with Dakota Johnson). The complaints have come from staffers, especially "low-level" ones. Of course she is going to treat Kevin Hart and Katy Perry better than she treats them. 

Then again, why would I expect celebrities to care about how the average person is treated anyhow?
