People who think they're entitled to live in a society but not obligated to give back to it (taxes, services, whatever) and they don't have to acknowledge the laws of the place they live in. And from what I've read Australia has other rules to protests than masks. Police doesnt need warrants to enter someone else home if they say it is for covid. That sounds scarier to me than masks.
