The "greater good" argument is known as the Utilitarian approach in Ethics. It literally approaches every situation with the intent to create the greatest positive net effect. Its misused and twisted by tyrants, but that doesn't mean its an invalid approach. In those instances, the offender is just saying words to try and justify their egregious acts, without actually thinking of the best outcome for everyone. 

Also, even that user isn't absolutely sure that vaccines are the cause of their medical issues. Their doctors merely suspect it.

There are studies made on a global scale that proves that hydroxychloroquine not only doesn't cure Covid-19, but also, increases the risk of heart rhythm problems...

She's doing the same thing the president of Brazil is doing, defending a medicine that does not work against Covid-19 and can put people who use it without needing it in risk, while also diminishing the urgency of the disease, cause people think there's not danger in getting infected cause you can just take some medicine (which is not true as on right now)
