RedOne praises Lady Gaga's songwriting and mentions Frankenstein

That great interview of RedOne resurfaced lately, he was asked about his relationship with Gaga and how it felt to work with her

What we learn :

- He confirmed LoveGame and Just Dance were meant to be made for The Pussycat Dolls but Akon and RedOne wanted her push those songs as her own and to play them to Jimmy Lovine (Interscope's head). He also confirms he and Akon fought a lot against Jimmy Lovine to push her career as an artist (Jimmy was kind of reluctant because she was 'too similiar to Gwen Stefani'). The condition was that RedOne had to make promo of the record with her. He said it was very hard to launch Just Dance because it was too ahead of its time on radios. Martin Kierszenbaum had a huge role in the worldwide promo and was a huge support. They decided to push her career and make her big in Sweden first then Canada came, then the UK and so on.

- He praises her songwriting to heaven saying she is the best songwriter he has ever seen in the business. He also said he spent much more time creating in the studio with her than he never did with anyone else. He says working with her is very easy. The process was easy as most of their songs together were wrapped in one or two hours. They had a lot of fun and they were totally free creating.

- They made Bad Romance and Alejandro in the tour bus. 

- Things started being hard working with her when other people came when her fame grew. He knew at that time it would not be the same fun (mainly because of a high pressure that was put on her to make big numbers).

- He said he was called back on LG5 to make big songs together again. They made incredible music. But she changed plans last moment. He said the music would have surprised a lot people. Important people from radios who listened to the songs were hyped about it especially Frankenstein.
