The older you get, the weaker the child gets (so I've been hearing). No, that does not mean she should have kids NOW, Just saying. She's almost 30, you know. My biggest concern from reading this is his obvious problem with settling down to one location and setting up shop so to speak for a long period of time, and how he likes being able to pack his bag and leave....That's great and all...if you're single and without kids, but with a spouse & kids that's a nightmare.
