There are some good items and some bad items, leaving the side they are all overpriced (specially if you buy from outside of the US).

I considered getting this shirt, SharedImage-102862.png?t=ffc0f15a68a279f but I am glad I waited til I saw the pics of it irl bc the quality of the image is baaad.

Artist merch tee's that use this type of screen printing are never the best quality for some reason.

Like while I understand inflation is a thing, a £15 increase from the cheapest tee in 2016 to now is quite a lot

I mean, I don’t disagree. It should definitely be cheaper, but I also understand that merch and touring is how artists make most of their money, and especially in the current pandemic where touring isn’t an option, I can see why their merch is much more expensive.

I wish I had ordered the crewneck before they took it off the UK store :messga:

I love most of the designs and I adore the promo that reference vintage ads.

I do think there's a bit too much merch, but I guess if we had a tour this summer it would make more sense.

The prices are high, and I guess it's the norm, by I don't like that the prices in Europe are even more insane. $56 for a pair of shorts is crazy.

I expected the picture disc background to be transparent instead of white, but the fact that its different images on each side makes up for it.

I haven't bought a shirt yet, since I usually buy tour shirts but I hope its better quality than the Joanne merch, cause they were super thin and the print faded superfast.

According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch

I mean, it's expensive, but also, I don't really think that's something you can complain about with the Chromatica merch, specifically.

Any artist's merch is expensive. I don't think it should be that expensive, but also, they get most of their money from merch and touring, so I can understand why they mark up the price.

As for the designs, I think they're great. I really think they're some of her best designs in a while. I haven't bought any, so IDK what he quality is like, but from what I've seen, it looks good.

seconded more or less.

A lot of people say the quality is bad and are like "for that price?". Of course it's sad, but it's clear they do this to have even more profit, lol.

I personally really like the merch I bought: Scare Me shirt, Green tracklist shirt, Pink tracklist shirt, crewneck, SL tie dye, and hat. Yes, it’s overpriced, but that’s no surprise. I enjoy the aesthetic and think the quality is good. Also, the picture disc is beautiful!

I’m not a huge fan of the later designs that came out from ROM onwards.

i don't remember ARTPOP

I had my eye on that crewneck ever since, but just couldn't make myself pay that much money for a sweater:bradley:

i ordered the stupid love merch and loved it. part of my shirt was a bit faded when i received it but i don't mind bc it's literally like a cm of the print along the edge.

but the chromatica album merch looks like trash imo. both in design and quality. she could have popped off but she decided to release shirts with just a picture of her and the album art, which i feel is kinda basic for musicians. i wish artists would be more creative with their designs (which is why i liked the stupid love collection). i had ordered the scare me shirt because it looks sorta casual which is why i feel its not the greatest artist merch as well as the green tracklist shirt because again it looks casual, but immediately cancelled my order when i saw the final quality of the merch.

hopefully lg7 has better merch

Visually I adore it. All the promo visuals for this era have been very very appealing to me. I love the vintage cgi meets cyberpunk aesthetic she has going. Some of the merch designs themselves are a bit naff (the burn holes through tracklists on some tees and some of the slogans/phrasings she's using) but for the most part I can't complain.

However, some of the actual pieces confuse me. I.e. the tiny Chromatica cushions or the extensive Rain on Me range. I'm pretty convinced these pieces were intended as novelty tour merch and now they obviously have to shift them either way, but they're still a choice regardless.

I sorta agree with some of the comments about the quality of the print on some pieces looking a bit cheap but we have to remember that this is Lady Gaga. This is her first pure "pop-focused" era since ARTPOP, which alone carries a lot of weight and even more demand for product. The manufacturers will have chosen the cheapest and quickest options to mass produce to cope with demand, especially with the pandemic now in play.

The vinyl is another thing. Unless she does intend to release an EP at a later date to make a "fuller" experience, releasing it minus the artwork was a choice I struggle to comprehend.

Pure trash. I cancelled all my orders. The quality is beyond cheap and the service is poor poor poor

Her merch is too expensive in my country, so I decided to design and buy chromatica clothes from a company that prints garments of the best quality. I have a cap, for example :ohwell:
