No, she said it in a Chromatica interview.

She said Bloodpop would always call her to come back to work on Chromatica but she was very into recording a Cole Porter song with Tony Bennett.

1. Her team is not that smart and lacks the hustle

2. The tour is already mostly sold out no? Why would she have to keep the hype going theoretically?

I am highly skeptical that the tour is happening next year at all. I doubt any live music events will happen before 2022. 

If it ends up being safe for her to do these shows in 2024 then maybe

She'll release an EP to complete the Chromatica universe. And more songs, demos, stems and remixes through Chromatica TV.

No, she specifically mentioned she started to work on a record with Tony Bennett if I'm correct, and I'm pretty sure I am.
