Honestly,  without trying to be disrespectful.
lots of Americans are way too proud to put their differences aside and give up a portion of their freedom to work this out.

this being said. A huge part is Trump and the government.

Maybe because of people who actually think they're the #1 country and because of that, they don't have to wear a mask. For example.

That's why they're rich tho, it's how capitalism work. You can't be a billionaire if you don't have thousands of people working for you for crumbs.

Capitalism is killing people. It needs to be scaled back and billionaires shouldn’t even exist.

in terms of which part of the US is being hit hardest per capita right now, ignoring small communities where a single outbreak at a nursing home or prison can throw off the stats for the whole community, the worst hit cities are mostly outside California.

I would say the worst hit areas are South Texas including San Antonio; Arizona, especially Phoenix and Yuma; Florida - pretty much all the big cities; and many other areas of the Southeastern US including large rural areas of Louisiana, South Carolina and Mississippi. Bakersfield, CA does seem to have a pretty large outbreak though.

The UK is handling the pandemic pretty well. Everything is pretty much closed except for places like grocery stores or medical stores. I hope the US recover fast to. Stay safe US monsters
