It's not hateful to call out bad people. Manipulators pretend to be good and convince people that any detractors are merely misinformed. Meghan was hardly rich before meeting Harry, many people are not as rich as royalty. She needed someone more famous to stand a chance of getting somewhat of a career based on connections as, apart from Suits, she was only getting roles in straight to DVD and tv movies. She marries Harry, gets him to schmooze with a Disney executive at the Lion King Premiere and suddenly gets to narrate a Disney documentary. Coincidence? And I don't know one American who wants to pay for them if their allowance ever gets formally cut off. Most of them didn't even know who she was pre-Harry either. Once again, the media's reporting the truth, research it yourself if you don't believe me. Stop decrying the British press as racist - apart from that DJ who tweeted the monkey picture (who swiftly got fired), the press was adoring of her until she started acting up by commandeering all the seats around her at Wimbledon and suchlike. Our mainstream press isn't allowed to be racist. I ask this to everyone who insists the press is racist towards her - would you think they were out of line if she were white? Look at what they're saying, not who they're saying it to. I don't know what on earth your last sentences are about - I'm a feminist and hardly a royalist.

He's hardly been let off the hook. Nor have the palace ever actually come out in defence of him. I believe he's going to be looked into again now that Ghislaine Maxwell is being investigated. There were rumours that part of the reason why Beatrice's wedding was a simple affair behind closed doors is that they didn't want to focus on Andrew and draw more criticism. I suspect there's more going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. Just because there's a much more serious issue going on doesn't mean we can't also look at a less serious one. This is just classic deflection.

StrawberryBlonde can be pretty controversial in this cult forum but when it comes to this she's actually spot on. Most people who do not check the royal family or care about them will think that on the surface it's just a couple escaping the rigidity of a royal family where ur not allowed to do certain things. The reality is much different if you actually spend time doing research. Ive known about this Travalyst so called 'charity' (when it's in fact a Corporation LLC so he lied) since 2019, everyone knew that this was a scheme to make money not to help ecology (hypocrite because he then was seen in a car that was apparently one the most polluting car ever.) He also has no idea what he's talking about, just word salad. He says one thing does another. If you also dont care about the royal family or what these two are doing, you also wouldn't know about Meghan Markle's past. So yeah it's easy to think we read The Sun and The Daily Mail when we don't at all

Well something most people here don't know is that Meghan was able to get a small role thanks to her father who worked in the film industry (whom she later disowned and treated like trash). Not to mention after her career has not gotten any better she decided to marry a producer, she was then able to get her role in Suits, she then while still married to this man, looked for a "british man" who was famous, as she was spending more time in London and wanted to get more famous in the UK. She got a date with Harry because of a friend of hers. She then divorced her husband quickly without even telling him face to face. That is his statement no one else's. Thanks for that defence. Its weird how we argued a bit recently but over a few topics of late, we've shared opinions, agreed, liked each others content. I hope that you're changing your mind about me. I don't ask everyone to agree with what I say, I'd just like them to understand. I don't like to see what I do as spreading hate, but rather, truth. I don't like to see people misled and celebrities, of all people, rely on the courtesy of the public to fuel their career. I don't like to see bad people gaining success, praise and fans when they don't deserve it. Speaking of the DM, I think a lot of people assume I'm an avid fan of it because I refer to a lot of articles from it. In reality, it's because it's the paper my parents read, so I've grown up with that as the point of reference. Weirdly, we're a working class, Labour voting household, so I didn't even know the DM was a conservative paper until I was older. I think a lot of people who judge it don't actually read it - they just report on what they see and there's no actual bias, unless it's in individual columns, of course. I don't actually buy it, I only read the online version for free, it has a great celebrity section, the layout's good and it's one of the few newspaper sites now that don't require some sort of subscription to view it. I wish more people would pay attention to the article (the same one that liberal papers have also compiled) than about the paper that printed it. Regardless of the source, I always read information and make up my own mind about it, independent of the political spin the paper in question is trying to make.

I was aware of that. She's used men throughout her career. When she was with Corey the chef, she even started putting up cooking videos on her Tig blog. She's a jack of all trades, master of none. And speaking of Corey, she was supposedly still living with him when she initially hooked up with Harry and dumped him now she had a better offer. Lizzie Cundy interviewed her back in her in London back in her days of trying to make it big and hung out with her and Lizzie is the kind who sells her soul for fame, so I believe her when she says that Meghan told her she was after a rich British man. How she and Harry met is still shrouded in secrecy although the best estimation is that it was some sort of blind date at Soho House. But the fact we've never been told the precise details suggests there was a little bit of seediness to how it started and for that reason, they don't want to be truthful. There's rumours he met her when she was a "yacht girl" (that's apparently code for something else), although those rumours have never fully resulted in evidence so we won't go down the slander route. And yeah, apparently her ex husband claims she sent the ring back in the mail. And speaking of their marriage, she gave out weed as wedding favours to guests. So much for Miss Clean Living these days. And connected to the clean living thing, on her engagement interview, she claimed they were roasting a chicken when Harry proposed. It was pointed out that she'd already claimed to be vegetarian. I don't think she can keep up with her own lies, from small to big.
