They had not blockaded their property. 

Protestors were on the sidewalk, passing through to another street. 

They were charged with a felony with good reason.

They haven’t been pardoned.

This protest was on a Sunday afternoon. Most people have the weekends off, especially Sunday.

Correct. There will not be a need for a pardon- the charges will be dropped. According to White House press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, the Missouri attorney who laid those charges acted corruptly:

“Instead she’s charging the individuals (the McCloskey’s) who were defending themselves from violent protesters.

“You have 300 to 500 protesters who stormed the gates, tore down the gates, and trespassed on their property,” she continued.

Trump’s onto it. He’s the American President, after all, and he won’t leave this injustice unpunished. The charges will be dropped and the attorney (Kim Gardner) will be fired.

They didn’t storm anything. There is proof out there in videos. They also didn’t tear down any gates. I know people who live within walking distance of this area. The gate was intact and not down in any way. The sidewalk is not their property. The protesters were not Trespassing.
