I don't know if it's just Spotify or something, but I have to crank that song just to get it to match the rest of the songs on the album. Same goes for Dancin’ in Circles and Perfect Illusion. She also did songs with Diane Warren for Joanne in 2016 and she didn't keep them, it doesn't mean that the concept has changed. First of all the 8 RedOne songs include Angel Down. There's just 7 songs left. Secondly, the concept really hasn't changed. Gaga described the album as her going back to her roots, erasing the fame back in 2014, and her operating the cadaver of her old self. She described Joanne with very similar words in FF2. (shot in 2016).
