This picture represents her motherland (Kosovo and Albania) having territories of countries such as Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia and Greece. This picture is used by far right albanian nationalists and is also representing views of fa*ism. What do you think of this post, should she remove it? I don't think what she says is any more problematic than claiming that US is stolen land because European colonizers came and conquered North America from "Native" American tribes who are actually not native to Americas (they migrated from Asia through Bering strait)... It is history, I know that history can get moulded and changed depending on the person who tells it, I am always understanding of people who want the indigenous people to be recognized and respected as it often is not in many countries, I suspect that is her intention in this post although I am not sure. I sort of get what she was going for, but I have to disagree with you on comparing it to the indigenous people in North, Central, and South America. ( Although Albanians ARE native to Albania and balkans), anyhow I would not call them the natives if they were only living in Serbia since 500 years ago, since Serbia has a way greater history than 500 years ago! Also Croats and Serbs are native people of Bosnia, yet it is forbidden to claim Bosnia as their " land". My point is, it's a veeery complex issue and she made a grave mistake spreading propaganda.
