Ud think food and drinks would be hoarded more than toilet paper during a panic. U can survive without toilet paper. It may be a little nasty to clean it other ways like a small towel u rewash but worst case scenario u can do that But food u can't replace with anything else. Ironic that these people snatched up all the toilet paper as if they were going to be in a bunker for years, yet a few months later are walking around without masks as if nothing is happening.
