States that are seeing surges in their cases and deaths are moving on track to reopen in August pending their school years start in August (some states start in September). It’s going to be a wild ride next month at the rate we’re going unless we get a miracle. The issue is that with these promising results of a vaccine, legislators are more than likely using that as a means of justifying reopening.
