Note: This is not the newest news, but eh. If this is AP, I have not been on Gagadaily as much recently so I most likely have not seen the thread about this if it exists.

Topic accounts are auto-generated accounts based on certain topics that include videos based on whether they relate to that topic or not. Since they have full albums on them, they are usually also monitored by the people that own/distribute the music. The solo version of DWUW was recently uploaded "By Demand".
