I’m pretty sure that is the case. There’s no other way around it. I believe they are doing population control and reducing the amount of voters only for Tr*mp to win by default. Developed Countries are barely growing without immigration (some even declining) because of low birth rates not to mention the current economic system thrives on growth which population growth helps with too Also the US may seem crammed in the most populated regions but overall given its size it's not an over populated country at all It would make absolutely no sense for them to want people to die just to cause population control. Unless they have personal stakes in funeral homes why would the Government want this? These population control conspiracy theories never made much sense tbh Edit: The only thing I can think of is that the elderly are much more likely to die from this and they put a strain on the system since they no longer work but receive more social benefits like Medicaid and retirement payments Population control in the sense of targetting the elderly, that I can believe.
