I think it's for a remix (or multiple remixes) of Babylon.

TH.w = this week

SEXIMER = REMIXES

V, III, IV - is for babylon.

In the bible: 

Peter 5:13 ESV / "She who is at Babylon, who is likewise chosen, sends you greetings, and so does Mark, my son."

I know it's not the exact numbering but 5:13 is pretty close to 5, 3, 4 - the verse very much dictates a woman of Babylon speaking to listeners directly..

the numbering may change based on the version of the bible you're reading. Or perhaps the roman numerals translate a bit differently? a bit of a reach I know but it's SO close. 

EDIT: Upon more research, each number COULD refer to a specific bible verse, and those numbers point to a specific section about the foundation of Babylon.

11:5 But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower that the people had started building.

11:3 Then they said to one another, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” (They had brick instead of stone and tar instead of mortar.)

11:4 Then they said, “Come, let’s build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens so that we may make a name for ourselves. Otherwise we will be scattered across the face of the entire earth.” 

And in this order, it insinuates the city was started (the song released), let's try a new material to build (remix), we build an amazing city (we jam out to haus labs remix)

A true reversal experience, moving forward the release of things people don't want and delaying / cancelling things people are craving for

I pretty much prefer complete silence that randomly releasing a bunch of remixes that no one is going to touch.
