He is not saying the song will come out on an album. He is saying that he documented studio sessions and they will be used for a projected. Probably something like the two Making of Joanne episodes we had.

Also, as of late April Rosalia was still asking for Billie to send her vocals so I am not fully optimistic this song will come out.
