There's no excuse indeed, but let's not forget that most people are dumb, uneducated, can't comprehend basic logic, don't know the difference between a good source and a bad source, etc etc. I'm okay with these kind of people being fined or even given community work punishment if they don't follow rules or basic human decency, but death?
