Forcing a cow to be pregnant by shoving your hand up its ass to grip the uterus so you can impregnate it is rape.

also anti-bacterial resistance is an actual issue. It is prevalent in humans and will go to animals.

I know this, but viruses are not bacteria. That is totally unrelated to viruses. And you said COVID-19 was the beginning...

its not the forced insemination that caused the pandemic. coronavirus is a zoonic virus meaning that it comes from non-human animals and is mutated to infect humans. H1N1 is another example of one of these viruses.

packing animals in tight quarters with blood, feces, urine, etc, gives these viruses easy ways to infect other animals and create new hosts, increasing the chances of causing a localized outbreak among that population which could then travel into a human worker or a human who comes into contact with these areas (such as a patron at a butchers) and then cause an outbreak in a human population.

Again, anti-bacterial resistance has nothing to do with virus outbreaks. Antibiotics target bacterium only 🙄 The use of antibiotics are not contributing to zoonotic viruses, if that's what you're both trying to imply.

I know what coronavirus is, and I know what a zoonotic virus is - I'm studying virology and immunology at the moment... Trust me I know what that all is, but I'm referring to antibiotic use and viruses here. They do not affect each other.

Sorry but this is why I can't stand it when vegans argue. As soon as someone provides an alternative opinion, they start with the name-calling & the vicious wording. Only their opinion matters.

Can we keep it light-hearted in here, please guys? EDUCATE.

It is. We as humans have a history of viral and bacterial outbreaks and infections. Covid-19 is just the start of something that is going to become more and more common.

Because vegans often can't help themselves :bear:

I help myself always. I love have vegans have an agenda or are one sided yet have had to have meat and dairy and animal products shoved down our throats since birth... but you know we are the problem

I didn't say any of that

I said vegans can't help themselves meaning that they often make any vaguely related thing about veganism

im not trying to imply this, my apologies i think i got confused with what you were trying to say.

antibiotics don't cause these viruses, you're correct to say that.

Dr Jefferson believes the virus may be transmitted through the sewage system or shared toilet facilities, not just through droplets expelled by talking, coughing and sneezing.

Interesting article but it's very hard for me to believe the virus was all around the world since at least March 2019.. It doesn't make much sense why cases exploded only in January. You could say it was warmer during the spring and summer and the virus didn't spread but we are in the summer and cases are spreading.

This. If the virus has been “secretly making the rounds” we would have seen a surge in death rates/ICU capacity long ago

Lona Delery

well, the study which found the virus in sewage waters from march 2019 is not yet peer-reviewed and the scientists themselves said its possible the test couldve turned out positive due to another, similar corona virus

but then again, apparently it has been making the rounds in china back in august 19 already so who really knows

Sometimes it feels like I've got a war in my mind, I wanna get off but I keep riding the ride
