Hi everyone! I'm starting a campaign to get Born This Way the album to 1B Spotify streams before its 10 year anniversary on May 23, 2021. I just need help with one thing.. I'm pretty educated on how the charts work but there's one thing I never got around to finding out... where can I check for an albums daily Spotify streams? I'd like to update my thread fairly often to keep everyone motivated. Thank you!!

I think you‘d have to calculate the daily streams of each song and add them up in order to get a full album‘s daily streams :)

You need to do it manually on Spotify app in your laptop or PC. You need to check every track daily to see the increase on streams then add them together.

Let me tell you right away not to be ridiculed - I absolutely don't know music charts. So tell me, is the 911 doing well, very well or ****ing well? As for the 3rd unofficial single yet. Tomorrow it's going to be broadcast to radio in Europe, right? Is this the final confirmation that it is a single? After yesterday's Instagram post by Gaga, it looked like they were exploring the area before the official announcement.

It got a cute boost in streams and the video is doing fine, altough I'd say it's underperforming a little compared to the predictions after the first day; on YouTube, it almost tied Stupid Love's debut, but by the end of the week it will be well behind, around 10M less views.

So far, it's been sort of stable on Spotify, but we still have to wait a while before we can say for sure. Sunday update had a very minor decrease, which is great news because songs generally fall quite a lot on Sundays. However, its Monday boost was mediocre and it decreased a little on Tuesday, which wasn't exactly expected. It also never managed to crack the top 200. We have to wait a couple more weeks to observe the weekend decrease/weekday boost game.

Considering its not yet exactly an "official" single (no radio, no major playlisting, no performances), I'd say it's doing good. It gave a significant boost to Chromatica's overall streams and pure sales and is on its way to becoming the 4th track with 100M+ streams which is nice.

But, were it to be considered the 3rd official single, I would say this ain't it. Its performance is comparable to Taylor Swift's "The Man" and you don't really want to be compared to that, as far as singles go. The rumored SNL appearence and other future promotion plans could, of course, change that, if Interscope is happy enough with 911's "half-single" performance, to invest more in it.

911 added to two small Spotify playlists:

– Le Hit de Domani at #13 (10.8k followers)   —> Italian version of Pop Rising

– Nousussa at #23 (49.9k followers)              —> Finnish version of Pop Rising

I think that the same thing happened to the other Chromatica tracks when they were released

Do you think they’re testing 911 with mainland Europe before making it a single in bigger markets? Hmmm
