What kind of difference would it make if they announced 911 is officially the third single, yet didn’t give it no additional treatment aparat from what it has right now? A song can be a single and get a horrible treatment, or it can remain an album track (ARUTW, LWIF, INLA) that would get amazing playlisting without officially becoming singles.
