Great, I’d loved her ASIB level peak, and now Chromatica. And it can be better in the future.

Ya see :haroon:

Idk if it's just me but I feel like people people think oh a black artist and ignore them assuming they do "rap" or "urban" music or something that isn't "pop" for example or also they just dislike hip hop or rap music because of their unconscious racism

ETA:  GGD's obsession with attractive white men. There's nothing wrong with that but it gets very weird when threads regarding men GGD finds attractive usually consists of just white men like 3 pages in which isn't very...diverse :triggered:

while gaga is obviously talented, amazing, and successful, she’s not culturally relevant and hasn’t been since 2012.

Wasting her time on pop music? It's a genre that's earned her multiple awards including Grammy's and an Oscar, not to mention critical acclaim and a career that's on the path to becoming legendary.

Lady Gaga Eye Roll GIF by Jimmy Kimmel Live

Her C2C and ASIB eras, a jazz and a mostly rock/ballad album got her more acclaim and respect than her entire pop career ever did dahling.

She earned an Oscar and multiple awards thanks to Shallow, a country/folk, rock song

I don't disagree with you, but let's not diminish the importance of pop music in her career. She may have gotten the acclaim with her stripped-down eras, but, without the pop eras, she wouldn't be successful enough to be able to get that acclaim.

And her debut pop album revolutionised mainstream music and outsold all the albums you've mentioned combined which shows that she's meant to be a popstar and she left a huge impact on pop music

Well, I'm not denying that. But at the point where she is, it's pretty obvious the electropop music she's mostly known for won't take her too far and it's clear it isn't letting her go to deeper places she could with other music styles. I adore Chromatica, but if we see it from the perspective of the topics it addresses (mental issues, feminism, isolation), it could go to more interesting and bolder places from a rock point of view. And people would actually listen to what she's saying, not just dance to the beat. It's cool for the clubs, but most of its message gets forgotten once it reaches the dancefloor. Ironically, it feels exactly like when Til It Happens to You got to #1 on the Dance Charts :laughga:

Anyway, I say rock because she used to be an alternative rock singer in a band and her influences are mostly rock/metal bands, but it could be jazz or other genres that can make her sound more classic and attached to her artistic vein. And people would be able to actually listen to what she's saying.

Gaga isn’t “meant” to be anything, she’s shown us she’ll do whatever the f*ck she wants and we’ll never know what to expect.

Its what makes stanning her way more fun than the other girls

Haus Labs puts out good products. :trollga:

Things that Gaga does that seem spontaneous and unscripted are often well-planned in advance. :zilla:

It's not healthy to place celebrities on pedestals. Even Gaga is human. :fatcat:
