I'm assuming you've never billed things to insurance. Anyways, the most likely outcome from this is that no one gets any of the drug because the government will hoard it until it's no longer needed or it's expired. Instead of buying up almost the entire world supply of a drug that helps mitigate the effects of covid, we could just wear masks and properly physically distance to slow down the spread so that we wouldn't need said drugs, but nope, people would rather go to bars and parties without wearing masks or keeping their distance in the name of "freedom." Thank God I live in a state with a sensible governor, so our cases are trending downward and I can feel comfortable going to the grocery store (double masked, because I wear both a medical mask and a cloth mask) again. It pisses me off because I have put my life on hold to hole up with my parents and keep them safe, and for six weeks we went nowhere but our yard and on mental health drives. All of that feels for naught now thanks to the Bubbas and Chads and Kyles and Karens and Beckys who need to go get drunk among throngs of other covidiots at Myrtle Beach and then spread their germs back in their home cities.
