No one will trade their Charizard for a Rattata. It just doesn't happen, so kids make fake Pokemon to bluff the people with Charizards and then everything turns into spiteful ugly backstabbing messes all over the place. Their are zero gaurantees that moles in record companies will continue to illegally supply content. They could understandably fear for their jobs and start shutting down.
