PartySick 144,831
About the unreleased song "D.I.E.", conceptualized in the very late 2000s for MJ's 11th album: Sources claim the title is an acronym for "Dancing is Entertainment", but this has not been confirmed. Along with other thirty-four titles, it became a contender for Jackson's unfinished eleventh studio album. “And the version of DIE that I heard didn’t have vocals. Only instrumental. But epic. Hard hitting drums and bass with very strong strings. There are also moments where the music stops and the choir comes in, creating an ominous picture, and then the rhythm drops again." - Damien Shields, X, October 16, 2022 Bitch the way I need this song

Ugh me too. There's definitely enough material out there for it. I don't look at his store often but I just had a quick browse and wow Definitely want this: https://www.shopmichaeljackson.com/product/Y3APMJ12/michael-jackson-x-nate-giorgio-collection-michael-jackson-in-gold?cp=100598_111997_111485 Love the Neverland logo but I'm not crazy about their merch choices if they had it on the back of a zipup non-fleece hoodie I'd absolutely buy it There's some shirts I'd love to have The nerve of them to make HIStory 25 merch when they scrapped that project due to covid
cELLO 53,480
I just got home from London seeing MJ the Musical, it was so good!!! Idk where to start, spoilers ahead! The 3 actors playing Michael all absolutely nailed it. Little Michael had me emotional. The Billie Jean performance was on point and the dancing was perfect, the Moonwalk and he kept the toe stance for ages!! The mash ups were amazing too, 2 Bad X Bad was so satisfying and the end of act one with TDCAU X Earth Song had me SHOOKETH. Tabloid Junkie!! I Can't Help It!! Money!! The Jackson 5 songs were so fun and Dancing Machine went off! And the ending with the stage floor leap before Jam was EVERYTHING. The Black or White encore too aaahhhh Edited May 4 by Cello do i need to understand a pineapple to eat a banana

The Black or White encore too aaahhhh AHHH I specifically remember crying three times First during I'll Be There when Katherine is comforting Michael after Joseph hit him, again when they crucified him at the press conference (the Earth Song/TDCAU mashup), and finally when that reporter's true colors are shown and Stranger in Moscow played Also, the way they had Joseph and Michael's manager Rob played by the same person so the ending puppeteer scene with Thriller worked on two different levels? UGH. Such a good show

UGH. Such a good show I'll Be There was my bfs favourite part, it was really moving having that sung with Katherine There were a few people in tears around me at that point. Stranger In Moscow was incredible, I wasn't expecting that in the setlist. I wish they could have fit some Scream lyrics in somewhere, maybe with Price of Fame like they did at the start mixing it with Tabloid Junkie. I love that it was very "Michael", showing his joy for his favourite performers like James Brown and Fred Astaire, and including his playful side. I think he would have loved the little Michael's playing young him! do i need to understand a pineapple to eat a banana
