Literally HOW (speaking for myself here) I'm not necessarily asking her for evidence with her allegation, but I would feel uncomfortable making a definite judgment about Justin/ending his career without evidence. Yes it could be impossible for her to get evidence, and that shouldn't stop her from coming forward, but we shouldn't deem Justin a rapist based solely on her word. I hope that makes sense. I wouldn't label her as "poor girl" or "victim" until she has something to back up her story. Did you ever think that maybe Justin is possibly the victim of a false allegation coming from a crazy fan? I think we have developed a culture where we automatically feel sorry for the female, regardless if there is any evidence or not. It's not fair to Justin and a lot of other men/boys that get accused of the same thing. We can't immediately think the victim is always the accuser. Like it just seems like something a stan would do. Which, if anyone was going to make a false claim, it would probably be some crazy stan. Also the way she doubles down on not posting the pictures for legal reasons, even tho she already stated at the beginning that she didn’t want to reveal herself. Like that was enough reason - wanting to remain anonymous. She didn’t need to say she won’t post the pics for “legal reasons” too. What I'm saying that we all, as empathic human beings, should do is more about supporting the possible victim by giving them the benefit of the doubt. Imagine a situation where you've been raped and abused by a mega famous and popular guy 5 years ago and when you finally feel ready to speak up and pursue justice, nobody listens and nobody supports you. Literally HOW I am a victim so you dont have to tell me all the psychological factors involved, but the real sad truth is that she had the evidence and she flushed it down the drain when she got home and showered and washed her clothes. Imagine reporting a murder years after it happened and after you cleaned the crime scene, it just wouldnt work and no jury in the world would imprison someone for it. I dont know how but we must get rid of the stigmas related to rape and do something so that any future victim reports the crime as soon as it happens or we will see this kind of thing over and oveŕ again.
