My entire order with the signed CD, CANCELLED

What's going on? I received the email about only being able to order 2 signed copies of Chromatica and then I received an email that my entire order was cancelled.....shirt, picture disc, tote etc. I sent them an email and asked why. I don't understand.

The whole merch roll out has been super unprofessional from her team this era... COVID can only take so much blame before it comes down to poor management  I'm still waiting on my SL merch that I ordered as soon as it went up

Well,

1.) Did you order more than 2 of signed copies that make your order get cancelled? 

And

2.) If you did. Did you order them in the same cart as these other things you ordered as well? 

If also yes, that is probably why?

They cancelled my whole order as well, which only had the Chromatica logo pillow on it otherwise, but it is confusing. I’m thinking they couldn’t figure out how to mass refund everyone the difference of what the signed copies would’ve been and retain the rest of the order. Usually refunds are all or nothing and they’re just counting on us re-ordering the other items. 
 

for reference, this was my first order with signed copies, I ordered 2, and placed another for 2 more later on. So they refunded the first order and not the most recent.

 

this should only be happening if you’ve already hit the 2 signed copy max per customer in her store, which i assume is the case for OP.

Weird. I got a signed CD & tote without an issue & know plenty who ordered the same (merch + signed CD) without an issue.

I got the Stupid Love cassette and the Clear Vinyl. Everything else is still floating out there and I haven’t heard anything else. Oh well I’m sure I’ll get my pillow, two tshirts, ROM Vinyl, Signed Poster and 1 Signed CD will get here eventually

I ordered from the US store. The first order had 2 signed cds, a shirt, picture disc, and tote. I did an order later on with a signed poster and 2 more signed cds. The 1st order was completely cancelled. Now I won't be able to get the picture disc because it's sold out. I'm cool with taking off the 2 signed cd's, but not the entire order.

Stay on them about getting you your picture disc. They have to have a few somewhere, you shouldn’t have to lose access to what you bought before it was sold out because they couldn’t process a refund for CDs only.

I agree. It shouldn't be this big of a deal. Information should have been clearer from the very beginning. Instead, let's wait weeks afterwards and then start cancelling orders. I just want to get something. LOL
