So I want to say around 2007-2012 or so re-releases were huge. I remember Usher and Mariah having great results with them, and even a few years down the line Katy Perry did the same. Recently we haven’t seen much of them, but I think once this pandemic clears up, and (I say this very lightly because I know this issue will never be something to forget) when the all black lives matter movement gets the results it deserves; perhaps Lady Gaga can re-release Chromatica and have a proper go at an album cycle? What are your thoughts? Should she give it go? Or should she just move on to the next phase of her life? For me, I honestly would be okay with either. This was just a thought.

streaming era killed the re-releases.

The album will be fine, in a month or two we'll back to normal.

She has 2 more videos to release.

the album is doing well and actually she has no competition in the pop area.

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

With additional tracks such as Babylon (Original Mix) and the SOPHIE feature.

She has no reason to rerelease, and the album has been performing very well. She will obviously go back to promoting when she can but there’s absolutely 0 need to rerelease the album for her to do that.

It’s useless, the album is doing great.

I think it's the opposite: nowadays it is easier than ever to add an extra song randomly on digital platforms and streaming services. i.e. Britney's Glory had a song added just a few weeks ago, almots 4 years after its release basically for no reason and Shawn mendes added new songs to his albums multiple times (señorita, nothing holding me back, if i can't have you)

The Perfect Red Velvet did very well.

Even Love Yourself: Answer which was just a compilation of their songs with new ones did amazing numbers.

If Gaga does re-releases, she'll still do well, just not in TFM numbers.

I'm like some kind of supernova

I have thought this whole time about it. And they kinda hyped (Bloodpop) the remaining tracks

I thought she'd give a new EP, some 3 fan songs and 2 more GP oriented

She can easily add 3 songs to the existing album on streaming platforms and call it a re-release + release physical CDs with all songs and the album shoots up in charts again

Call it Chromatica. "Super Deluxe" or something :ladyhaha:
