American celeb have this pressure right now to be vocal in constant fear of getting cancelled for being "silent", which basically mean just post a black square and donate & u wont get cancelled thats what their manager are saying right now. But if they wanna stand out doing something more original like "ill let an organization control my IG" or this kind of tweet which everyone copied from Gaga (that i think is more authentic) to pretend they are part of change. It's a nice sentiment but we can never know what is authentic and what's not
