Some national sales: 274,000 coming from the United States, 28,000 from Canada (both figures from Billboard / Nielsen Music), 53,000 from United Kingdom (according to OCC), 22,000 from France (SNEP), 12,000 from Japan (Oricon), and 10,000 from Australia (ARIA). Not to forget, the fantastic soundtrack 'A Star Is Born', which was released in October 2018. If this were a 2013 album she would have trailed behind Born This Way; plus people forget that when The Fame Monster era ended, the music world was on pause waiting for her next move with Born This Way.
