The media’s constantly trying to paint these protests as negatively as they can
i know several people who have been to protests and have tested negative. Protests have also been going on for a week, covid takes a solid two weeks to notice in a test.

The spikes are coming from the White nationalists protesting quarantine, and also all those beach parties for Memorial Day. But that won’t be discussed. Why? Systemic Racism.

Violence will eventually hurt the protesters. There will be finger-pointing and blaming pointing back which should not be because the movement was originally supposed to be a peaceful one. Who's gonna get blamed for this now? Answer: The protesters. Which cause will have less support now? Answer: BLM.

To anyone justifying violence and riots, I have an honest question. Up to what extent will you allow the degree of violence to heighten? Honestly curious here.

Inside, we are really made the same. 🕊

Let's be honest. The fact that those test sites were destroyed doesnt have anything to do with human rights.

Los Angeles shut down testing facilities to punish protesters. Local police forces jail people for 24 hours just for being outside at 8:01pm. This government doesn't care about the pandemic and never has. These protests hand out more masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves than I've ever seen the government do (in fact they'll just beat and jail you if you try to get on a bus without protection). The media is complicit in all this so screw them for this spin.

I wish the media had the same energy to throw blame left and right when people were protesting for haircuts and parties. Instead, it was turned into a fun online meme. But go off i guess.

The protestors aren’t looters, and now they wanna throw a fit over testing sites? Why weren’t they upset when people were storming legislative buildings demanding reopenings to get hair salons and bars opened? Where was their concern over COVID-19 months ago when it started killing off thousands and thousands? Task force was dwindled down a month ago, states pushed for reopenings aggressively and are now seeing a spike in their cases. Let’s not act like this woman and her peers actually care—we all know who they work for at the end of the day.

It's so funny to me that protestors are just ignoring the fact that Covid 19 is still a thing.

Let's not act like the media didnt go after those protests. In fact, the majority of the media was angry on those protesters, but was silent on the recent protests.

Anyway, I dont see this news as being about protests, but about the violence that came from some of them. It cant be surprising that this is happening, especially from a political perspective.

So basically, the protests. Violence is a normal component of protests and it's how disgusting systems are dismantled.

Well. You can have that opinion. Other people cant accept violence and some politicians will try to gain their support.
