Postpone it, honor the tickets, offer refunds for those who don't want to go anymore -> everybody happy, even them, because they get to keep the money. I dont see any relaunch as a repackage and re-release like The Fame Monster was for the most part and I don't know what else she could do without repeating herself. Chromatica is about some pretty dark stuff and, again, a journey. I don't think she has a lot of material to form a flipside of that to be refreshing concept wise without making some details up.
