If so, it's just gonna have to be like that, I'm sorry If not, then I used to use a program called Hybrid to make videos look higher FPS, it's pretty cool :3 That looks AMAZING btw!!! If the original has 30 frames, you'll just be duplicating them or generating middle frames using an approx algorithm and it will be choppy. Primetime 89 Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 was this video shot in 60fps? if it didn't get shot in that frame rate then you cant make frames that aren't there. when you upscale a video from 24/30fps to 60 you just double each frame. it glitches because there are no frames to smoothly transition the scene.
