I agree. Rain On Me and Stupid Love are underwhelming to me. Everything else on the album is so much better for me.

Her scream just before the final chorus sh*ts on both :billie:

And WHERE is the lyrical depth? I want your stupid love, love? Come, come unwrap me? :triggered:

She really chose the worst songs to be singles :bradley: Chromatica is the opposite of one of those albums with one or two hits and the rest are filler. Which I guess is a good thing :vegas:

Objectively it’s one of the strongest songs on the album, but Ariana does dominate for 2/3rds of the track, so that may put off some Gaga fans.

It’s not one of my favorites either. At first listen I thought that it was underwhelming, but it grew on me, and now I can listen to it from time to time, just like Stupid Love and Sine from Above. They’re not bad tracks per say, if they come on I’ll sing and dance along, I will not skip them, but they’re still not the ones that I will actively search for.

Not true. The song has these parts:

1. First verse: Gaga

2. Chorus: Entirely Gaga

3. Second verse: Ariana solo.

4. Second chorus: Gaga sings main melody, Ariana harmonizes lower

5. Bridge: equal parts

6. Last chorus: Again Gaga sings main melody, both harmonize higher.

Ariana is on 4 of 6 parts and Gaga is on 5 of 6. Ariana is on two-thirds of the song but only "dominates" a sixth of it (her verse) or at most a third (if you also give her the bridge). In the rest, she doesn't even have the main melody.

They're the weakest on the album with little to no lyrical depth, which is true :billie:
