Why are Xtina stans so conviced that Gaga "sabotaged" Bionic release? I don't get it.

What's their source? What did Gaga do according to them? 

I just find it hilarious that they seem so convinced and their #JusticeForBionic thing almost always comes with shade towards Gaga and revenge vibes.

After Perez and Gaga fell out he posted a smear article alleging that Gaga used to convince him to post anti-Bionic articles around its release. The Little Tinas are delusional so they think Perez Hilton in 2010, when he was barely relevant anymore, singlehandedly derailed an album campaign.

Because they prefer to blame someone else for Xtina's downfall rather than understanding the larger issue. Xtina didn't success at reinventing herself after the era struggled. Then released Lotus (A pretty bad album with forgettable tracks and excessive vocal tricks) and then just conformed herself to sit through The Voice during many years without reminding the public why they felt in love with her artistry. 

After that, the public had already moved on from her and no Gaga was responsible for that. She's still an amazing vocalist and an icon.

i'm sorry to break this to you, but gaga will always be associated with perez during his smear of bionic; perez at one point was oddly influential and his constant attacks on xtina and bionic contributed to the huge wave of hate she got during that era, all of which were happening during gaga's close affiliation with perez during a time in which gaga was constantly be compared to xtina, and also seen as the huge new thing in music.

in short, she's guilty by association.

i used to be a huge xtina stan and the bionic era was a mess bc the media's decision to turn against her - and that extends to the disgustingly biased album reviews against the excellent bionic album.

y'all sit here and say gaga's unfairly reviewed for her albums. well, so are other female popstars, and xtina's probably had it the worst.  the trajectory of her career has largely been a result of cruelty, jealously and sexism. I KNOW the future will look back on her career and acknowledge all the injustices she has faced.

thankfully, the world is catching up.

if you want to know what the bionic era was like, imagine ARTPOP or witness x 10. every single day another disparaging and CRUEL article about bionic/xtina would randomly surface, and perez was a huge factor in that because there was a brief time in 2008-2011 where he had influence (hello, he was in an effing Rihanna video).

1. The stan world doesn't have that much influence on the GP. Sure, there was criticism for trying an electronic sound that Gaga made her own back then. But at the end the record didn't make an impact, and the single didn't have much success.

From what I know, her label made her change many things from the album so that it resembled the electropop that was popular at the time, which was different from her original vision. So it's not fair to blame Gaga for other people's bad decisions.

2. After Bionic struggled (for whatever reason), Lotus didn't make an impact either. And then  Gaga didn't have anything to be there. 

3. She didn't promote a lot of music during The Voice. The GP forgot about her, and she didn't do anything about it.

Is it really that hard to believe that an album campaign could be derailed by unfair media backlash? We saw it with ARTPOP, witness, and to an extent Nicki’s queen album. Same thing happened with bionic.

seems shady that y’all can’t accept that gaga was extremely close with the biggest xtina hater as gaga’s fame also happened to be rising. 

eliminating the completion is an age old tactic. Beyonce and her team did this with all the other black female vocalists during her time too.  Ciara and Ashanti all just happened to become irrelevant around Beyoncé’s solo start? 

like, stop being so naive. This is how the industry works. I love gaga but she DEF has something to do with Perez’s seemingly random attacks against bionic/xtina, especially when he stanned her during back to basics.

They want to blame everyone but Christina Aguilera for her failure. Lady Gaga does not control the reviewers that gave Bionic scores as low as 25 on Metacritic.
