First, there are no laws in the UK dictating that you need to wear a mask outdoors. Second, how can you even be making such an assumption about a person that already had the virus and who actually lost people close to her due to Covid? Umm Gaga would not he so self absorbed to not wear a mask during a protest. To me Madonna didnt wear a mask cause she wanted people to recognize her so she can get some press.
