At least 2 or those cases were closed with reprimand orally and by letter over agressive tones and derogatory language So the police department of Minneapolis was well aware that he was problematic if more than once he had to be repremanded and 18 times he had formal complaints against him yet he was never fired. Even the biggest jerks typically wouldn't throw a punch to someone random on the street just because they felt like it Whatever caused it tho, I can believe it.
