I'm sure this has been mentioned before but yesterday's radio update is rolling from last week's update of more than 2M. It's bound to grow slower on radio than it used to.

The fact that we haven't got a single negative update in two weeks Even Stuck With U got multiple negative updates and steep ones at that at this stage in its lifecycle.

From comparing to other songs. For example on its 21st day, Savage Remix did 2M+ (without callout numbers btw). I think Heartless did around 1.6M. And Toosie Slide did 1.8M.

This doesn't mean the end. Circles for example did 0.8M. But.... I sort of expected ROM to be among the best radio gainers because it's really radio friendly and has Ariana.

ROM was the biggest gainer of audience for every single day almost a week in a row. Surely you don't think that's sustainable?

Please. Some people have been here years and they're begging you, don't jump to conclusions based on one update. Anyone who studies statistics can also see you sometimes get noise in data. It's too early to say anything.

Also, radio audience increases have substantially gone down for ALL songs since the situation in the US got bad. Between COVID and the protests, data is affected and you can't compare the 21st day of songs that were released earlier to the 21st day of a song released amidst this.

That's not true tho.. Mediabase is still using their calibration pre-lockdown

Billboard and Nielsen, yup they recalibrated to reflect the downward trend of radio listeners after the lockdown

I don't mean that they've reduced numbers artificially. I mean that even music stations are shifting focus to some BLM content. A few days ago at the height of the protests, 2 or 3 songs had positive updates, everything else was stable or negative. It was very weird.
