Album has over 150M streams first week so much better than I assumed and I assume much better that what many thought on this site.

I feel like certain users just wanna start the narrative that it’s doing bad and freefalling when there’s literally a pandemic and a nation-wide (even joined by other countries too) protest going on and she is yet to talk about the album, release new videos, promote it on talk shows, performances, etc. Imma need a break from this negativity chile. And it’s always the same users too.

Honestly Katy Perry cannot afford not to promote at this stage lol. Gaga's stats are doing fine if you look at the state of things. No promo and she still is pulling one of the best opening streaming weeks by a female ever.

Youtube will probably add ~7k Units..

Maybe 40k Tour Bundles and 40k Merchandise Bundles.. idk, i'm not really good at estimating bundle sales..

There is also a national crisis happening. She is being respectful. If the album needs promotion to stay afloat, its probably not that great of an album.

Gaga postponed the promotion to support Black Lives Matter since it is probably way more important to her right now. She has always put her own projects on the back burner whenever others have needed assistance as evidenced by her efforts in regards to Covid-19 relief as well. Gaga will resume promoting Chromatica when she feels it is appropriate, which isn't an incompetent decision imo.
